In case you came to this page thinking that I plan to give you advice on dieting and losing weight, you should know that while I talk on those subjects sometimes, I very much so believe in one thing when it comes to life: BALANCE.
Because of this belief of mine, you’ll find that this food blog is a little bit of everything. That includes revealing my favorite places to eat, how to heal your relationship with food, my favorite wine subscription service (yes I get wine delivered to me in a case of 14 bottles every three months or so and I will never go back), along with tips for eating healthy and ways to cut back on food if you’re hoping to lose weight too.
Unpopular diet opinion – there are no bad vices.
I am a firm believer that the people who live the healthiest and happiest lifestyles know how to both have a good time and balance what they consume… Including cigars, which may not be a food but pairs great with a glass of wine or a beer!
