  • 2025 was such a special year! ✨ Too many blessings to be grateful for but here’s a few highlights (also might ghost social media again real soon because it’s so refreshing living life offline lol) 😂 💍 Officially at one year being married to my best friend! 🏝️ Moved to the Jersey Shore and spent probably every day in the sand, sun, and ocean (and gym of course), also the boardwalk is even more amazing in the fall/winter when it’s empty and makes getting 10K+ steps a day so easy 🥗 Threw away ALL of our processed foods & snacks back in August, and started cooking and baking literally everything from scratch thanks to books by @thefoodbabe and daily newsletter reminders from @coachdango about health (never felt more energized, happy, and even lost 18 lb in 3 months! Plus Aidan gets spoiled with so many new homemade recipes) 🐠 Hubbie taught me how to fish and catch some striped bass and fluke 🍼 Started what I like to call my “motherhood internship” looking after the most ADORABLE little baby girl part-time and reading ALL the best baby books in preparation for starting a family 🥹 🌍 Traveled to Europe for the first time for our second honeymoon (Was definitely so cool but the Caribbean is still my absolute favorite place) 🍷 Went on a wine tour and visited several chateaux across Bordeaux, got to practice French a little and steady going on 200-day Duo Lingo streak lol 🏰 Explored an ancient castle in Sintra, visited one of Cristiano Ronaldo’s homes in Cascais, and hiked the beautiful hills of Lisbon’s gorgeous old neighborhood Alfama 🎾 Went to the U.S. Open even though I know nothing about tennis 🏙️ Managed to only visit downtown NYC once for a Greenwich Village pizza tour but only confirmed I’m definitely no longer a city girl…the beach is truly where I belong ❤️ Can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store for us!! 🙏🏽✨ #2025 #MarriedLife #JerseyShore #beachlife #2026

  • Had the most exquisite time reviewing the 16-course menu at @omakaseroom_us on behalf of @chicagostarmedia and honestly, just WOW. 🤩 This intimate dining experience only seats 10 guests at a time and is led by the magnificent Executive Chef Shinichiro Kanemaru! 🔪 During this culinary journey of traditional Japanese sushi, we were able to taste everything from salmon roe and sea urchin to sea eel and fatty tuna. 🍣 To further enhance our tasting experience, we tried the absolute SMOOTHEST sake on the menu and a high-end Japanese whisky aged for 10 years called Yame Eight Goddess! I highly enjoyed the sake, though the whisky had too much of a punch for me — but @aidanpazan thought it was smooth and tasted like honey, for those who like a good whisky. 🥃 This experience is curated impeccably, with tentative service by the waitress and absolutely every detail thought of! We were given little hand towels that are used to clean your hands before tasting the various cuts of sushi, which are meant to be eaten with your hands actually! And we also given a masterclass on the art of using chopsticks by the master himself. 🥢 I can’t recommend this place enough for those who love sushi — it’s actually some of the freshest cuts I’ve ever had in my entire life — and a great experience too!   • J’adore St. Martin! ⛰️☀️🏖️🇫🇷 The French side of the Caribbean island of Saint Martin was truly incroyable !! Partially because I got to practice the little French I remembered from high school and experience a culture I’ve been obsessed with ever since! 🥰 Here’s a list of top things to do on the French side of the Caribbean’s “Friendly Island” @iamfriendlysaintmartin ⬇️ 🇫🇷 SAINT MARTIN 🇫🇷 🌊 Book an Airbnb stay in Marigot off Rue Charles Tondu for close access to/from the ferry (if coming from Anguilla) and for ahhh-mazingggg water views 🥐 Mangez au Croissant Royal pour un petit-déjeuner fantastique ! (Basic American translation: @croissantroyal is freaking AWESOME.) 🥾 Go on a short hike up to the historic monument of Fort Louis (built in 1789) to see the French flag and incredible views of the island (I did this in sandals so it’s pretty easy, just lots of steps! Also it’s super windy at the top) 🇲🇦 Head to @lemarocain.sxm for a Moroccan dining experience filled with belly dancers and the most flavorful spicy food you’ve ever had in your entire life 🏖️ Sunbathe and swim at the popular Orient Beach and either dine at one of the many cafes and/or buy a baguette, fresh coconuts, and cigars to enjoy right on the beach while watching parasailing (just don’t go too far south or you will definitely stumble upon some rather interesting sights at the Nude Beach) 🍪 Taste the most delectable desserts (I highly recommend the tiramisu) and espresso martinis at @laterrasse_sxm (which deems itself “one of the sexiest spots to watch the sunset!”) 👟 Run or walk along the Rue de Hollande into the Dutch side and cross the Simpsonbay Causeway for more views and a quick workout (just bring water because it is HOT…and far) #saintmartin #saintmartinisland #caribbean #frenchisland #beachlover #coconut #orientbeach #moroccanfood #french #travel #caribbeanlife #beachlife #historicmonument #marigot #marigotbay

2025 was such a special year! ✨ Too many blessings to be grateful for but here’s a few highlights (also might ghost social media again real soon because it’s so refreshing living life offline lol) 😂 💍 Officially at one year being married to my best friend! 🏝️ Moved to the Jersey Shore and spent probably every day in the sand, sun, and ocean (and gym of course), also the boardwalk is even more amazing in the fall/winter when it’s empty and makes getting 10K+ steps a day so easy 🥗 Threw away ALL of our processed foods & snacks back in August, and started cooking and baking literally everything from scratch thanks to books by @thefoodbabe and daily newsletter reminders from @coachdango about health (never felt more energized, happy, and even lost 18 lb in 3 months! 2025 was such a special year! ✨ Too many blessings to be grateful for but here’s a few highlights (also might ghost social media again real soon because it’s so refreshing living life offline lol) 😂 💍 Officially at one year being married to my best friend! 🏝️ Moved to the Jersey Shore and spent probably every day in the sand, sun, and ocean (and gym of course), also the boardwalk is even more amazing in the fall/winter when it’s empty and makes getting 10K+ steps a day so easy 🥗 Threw away ALL of our processed foods & snacks back in August, and started cooking and baking literally everything from scratch thanks to books by @thefoodbabe and daily newsletter reminders from @coachdango about health (never felt more energized, happy, and even lost 18 lb in 3 months! Plus Aidan gets spoiled with so many new homemade recipes) 🐠 Hubbie taught me how to fish and catch some striped bass and fluke 🍼 Started what I like to call my “motherhood internship” looking after the most ADORABLE little baby girl part-time and reading ALL the best baby books in preparation for starting a family 🥹 🌍 Traveled to Europe for the first time for our second honeymoon (Was definitely so cool but the Caribbean is still my absolute favorite place) 🍷 Went on a wine tour and visited several chateaux across Bordeaux, got to practice French a little and steady going on 200-day Duo Lingo streak lol 🏰 Explored an ancient castle in Sintra, visited one of Cristiano Ronaldo’s homes in Cascais, and hiked the beautiful hills of Lisbon’s gorgeous old neighborhood Alfama 🎾 Went to the U.S. Open even though I know nothing about tennis 🏙️ Managed to only visit downtown NYC once for a Greenwich Village pizza tour but only confirmed I’m definitely no longer a city girl…the beach is truly where I belong ❤️ Can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store for us!! 🙏🏽✨ #2025 #MarriedLife #JerseyShore #beachlife #2026

Had the most exquisite time reviewing the 16-course menu at @omakaseroom_us on behalf of @chicagostarmedia and honestly, just WOW. 🤩 This intimate dining experience only seats 10 guests at a time and is led by the magnificent Executive Chef Shinichiro Kanemaru! 🔪 During this culinary journey of traditional Japanese sushi, we were able to taste everything from salmon roe and sea urchin to sea eel and fatty tuna. 🍣 To further enhance our tasting experience, we tried the absolute SMOOTHEST sake on the menu and a high-end Japanese whisky aged for 10 years called Yame Eight Goddess! I highly enjoyed the sake, though the whisky had too much of a punch for me — but @aidanpazan thought it was smooth and tasted like honey, for those who like a good whisky. 🥃 This experience is curated impeccably, with tentative service by the waitress and absolutely every detail thought of! We were given little hand towels that are used to clean your hands before tasting the various cuts of sushi, which are meant to be eaten with your hands actually! And we also given a masterclass on the art of using chopsticks by the master himself. 🥢 I can’t recommend this place enough for those who love sushi — it’s actually some of the freshest cuts I’ve ever had in my entire life — and a great experience too! J’adore St. Martin! ⛰️☀️🏖️🇫🇷 The French side of the Caribbean island of Saint Martin was truly incroyable !! Partially because I got to practice the little French I remembered from high school and experience a culture I’ve been obsessed with ever since! 🥰 Here’s a list of top things to do on the French side of the Caribbean’s “Friendly Island” @iamfriendlysaintmartin ⬇️ 🇫🇷 SAINT MARTIN 🇫🇷 🌊 Book an Airbnb stay in Marigot off Rue Charles Tondu for close access to/from the ferry (if coming from Anguilla) and for ahhh-mazingggg water views 🥐 Mangez au Croissant Royal pour un petit-déjeuner fantastique ! (Basic American translation: @croissantroyal is freaking AWESOME.) 🥾 Go on a short hike up to the historic monument of Fort Louis (built in 1789) to see the French flag and incredible views of the island (I did this in sandals so it’s pretty easy, just lots of steps!
